The design and arrangement of furniture in offices plays an important role in the overall psychological and social atmosphere. To make an office a comfortable place, there should be at least one window and some plants. Studies show that plants can reduce stress and anxiety levels. Presentation is an important aspect in the work environment. Just like wearing a suit shows your care and formality, a tidy and pleasant disk tells a lot about you too. Show the certificates that you earned and the ones you are proud of on your wall. Put pictures of your family members and your friends, this shows the social side of you to your visitors. Write quotes or short poems that inspire you and represent your thoughts, frame them or pin them to your wall board. Okay, now many of my friends have curly hair and some find managing it such a chaotic process. My advice to everyone who has curly hair; whether it's long or short; enjoy it! You should also use hair accessories like small hair clips to hold together your hair and look good at the same time. Hair clips can make your life much easier and much more practical. Also, hair bands with little bows are in fashion now and they help push back your curly bangs off your forehead. Make your curls look glossy and healthy, and they will make you look fresh and young.

Aquarium tank fish death is one of the common challenges faced by aquarists. There are number of factors that could be responsible for the deaths experienced. These are outlined briefly below: - The aquarist selection of fish. - The removal and packing of the fish from the pet shop - Transport time and period and the handling of the fish in transit - Quarantine procedure. - Adjustment and adaptation into the new community or environment by the new fish. When buying fish from the pet shop always spend some time at the place to inquire about the life history and habits of the new purchase. You can then make a selection from collection of the same species. Never buy the last specimen in reserve at any shop because if it had been a good specimen, you would not have met it there in the first instance. Always form the habit of making your fish purchase during the cool periods of the day, preferably before 12 noon or after 4.30pm. These are the only periods I can guarantee for fish comfort. This restriction is borne out of my observation that most pet shops and aquarists alike do not seem to care about insulation of the fish against temperature fluctuations after gassing them in polythene.

]]> When making your fish selection from the pet shop is sure the attendant has the expertise to pick fish out from a selection. This you can know through the swiftness with which your choice fish is removed out of the selection. Reject a fish that has been chased around, gasping for breath... It is week already! Chances are that it gives up with the further stress that accompanies the transportation of the fish. Make sure that your new purchase is quarantined. That's a single factor that affects fish survival as pets. When you have to service, it should just be the removal of the mulm and dead leaves sufficient to ensure adequate flow through the filter and no more. The bad habit of replacing the entire filter material or the soiled part with fresh materials is detrimental to fish life. Most bacterial live in the sludge at the bottom of the tank, so don't throw them away. Many pet shops that operate a house-to-house maintenance routine on aquariums are used to the habit of complete overhaul which invariably lead to fish death. I have met many people who have said, "I used to service my tank myself. On close scrutiny I discovered that he indulge in the unforgivable habit of washing the aquarium with detergents! In real life situation, no one can attest to having experienced a complete overhaul of a river bed. The only thing that happens during heavy rains or flood is the partial/complete change of the water body. The bed, sand and gravel components get cleaned but not overhauled. This is nature's method of 'servicing' the fish's natural environment. So why don't we all adopt nature's method. Professional aquatic pet dealer's service aquariums in the same way, and to the committed aquarist, I will advice you to do this yourself!

A fire sprinkler system supplies water at constant speed that will reduce the effect of fire. For this the fire sprinkler is connected with water pipes. Previously, it was used in large industries and organizations only. But now small fire sprinklers are available in the market to be used at homes or small business concerns at cheaper rates.

Types of Fire sprinkler systems:

1. Wet pipe system:

Wet pipe system is the widely used type of sprinkler system. It is simple and easy to operate. It contains automatic sprinkler that will supply water under pressure to the pipes connected to it. It has the capacity to deal with various range of fire temperature. It has automatic alarm check valve that will indicate the range of fire.

2. Dry pipe system:

Dry pipe system is used in unheated buildings and refrigerated coolers. It supplies air flow from the pipes by applying pressure to it. It can cover large area than wet pipe system. It is the second commonly used system. Its main benefit is that it will not leak like wet pipe system. But it is less reliable and requires high cost to install and maintain.

3. Deluge system:

These are open sprinklers that are the sprinklers connected to the piping are open. This is very useful where the entire area is affected by fire. This system uses deluge valve in the water supply connection. The valve will open to allow water to enter the piping system. The water flow is constant from all the sprinklers.

4. Pre action system:

Pre action system is used in areas like museums for rare arts, books, antiques etc. These places must be prevented. So pre action system combines all the features of wet pipe, dry pipe and deluge valve system. There are two types in pre action system single interlock and double interlock. Single interlock is similar to dry pipe system and double resembles deluge valve system. 5. Foam water sprinkler system:

This system uses both water and foam that will allow foam spray from the sprinkler. This system can be used in petrol bunks, airports etc.
